Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

Cabmart does not charge riders anything — you pay your driver directly, in person, and no payment ever passes through Cabmart on the rider side, so this policy doesn't apply to riders. The only payment Cabmart itself processes is a driver's optional wallet recharge, made via Razorpay.

Driver wallet recharge

A driver wallet recharge purchases ride credits, each of which is spent only when a trip actually starts (the pickup OTP is confirmed) — never just for accepting or being assigned a ride request. Free rides granted at sign-up or through the referral program have no monetary value, since nothing was paid for them, and aren't covered by this policy.

Refund eligibility

A wallet recharge is refundable in full if both of the following are true:

  • The refund is requested within 48 hours of the original purchase, and
  • None of the credits from that recharge have been used yet (no ride has started against it).

Once even one credit from a recharge has been spent (a trip has started), that entire recharge becomes non-refundable — partial refunds for partially-used recharges aren't offered. Requests made after the 48-hour window are also not eligible.

How to request a refund

Email naveen.ssn09@gmail.com from the phone number/account you used to recharge, with your transaction reference (shown in your Razorpay payment confirmation). We'll confirm eligibility and, if approved, process the refund to your original payment method — Razorpay's own processing time typically applies (usually 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank).

Fraud and abuse

Cabmart may decline a refund request it reasonably believes is fraudulent or made in bad faith — for example, a pattern of recharging, using credits, and then disputing the charge with your bank instead of requesting a refund through us directly.
